Very relaxing stay, as always. What a modern place! Spotless, large units provided with the personal touch and toiletries plus a private bathroom. Exceptionally nice location in Exeter, close to the local pub and the centre of Exeter. Also, in a leafy suburb:)))

This place really impressed us with its beauty and personal touch. They got all the basics covered with a hair dryer, a fancy walk-in shower, and big fluffy bath sheets for ya! 🛁😊.

Convenient Location 🚶♂️
The location was just perfect, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice to be just 3 km from the cathedral.

The hosts, Lucy and Chris, were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast offered fresh fruit, yogurt, and a delicious full English.
The walk into town might be lengthy for some, although there is a nearby bus stop.

We had a fantastic time staying at a cozy B&B in Exeter. The hosts were very good too make us feel at home. They even drove us to a nearby pub for dinner and showed us a lovely after-dinner walk. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious! The location was great, just a short walk to the city center. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Exeter.
